Your role involves overseeing daily insulation tasks, managing project schedules, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards. You will also facilitate training and recruit new team members, playing a crucial role in project completion at various residential locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise workers and coordinate insulation activities
• Lead the training and onboarding of apprentices
• Recruit and manage team members for projects
• Estimate materials and manage equipment setup
• Uphold health and safety regulations throughout projects
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years in a supervisory position
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and WHMIS
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Openness to relocation covered by the employer
