Substation Project Manager

Lead substation construction projects with MYR Group as a Project Manager. This role emphasizes project execution, customer relations, and efficient labor management in electric energy construction.

As the Transit Substation Project Manager, you will oversee construction crews and ensure project progress aligns with schedules. This role is critical for maximizing resources, managing union relations, and maintaining project standards. You will work closely with senior management to secure recent contracts and develop project guidelines, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

• Manage substation construction project execution and customer relations
• Maintain construction crew schedules for optimal staffing
• Oversee and assess project completion status regularly
• Collaborate with management on scheduling and project updates
• Ensure inspection standards are achieved at job sites

• Minimum 5 years in substation and barrier fence construction
• Preferred experience in Sky Train or LRT PS&D
• Background in Project Management Methodology for 3-5 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of substation construction practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
