Join Centurion Asset Management as a Community Manager in Surrey, BC, overseeing the administration and leasing of a vibrant mixed-use apartment community. Your expertise will foster positive stakeholder relationships and ensure resident satisfaction.
As a Community Manager, you will report to the Senior Property Manager and contribute to effective management practices by handling operations, staffing, and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation. Your strong organizational skills and customer service focus will be critical in enhancing resident experiences and meeting property standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with residents and internal stakeholders
• Manage a high-level customer service approach for inquiries
• Oversee rental income collection and follow up on payments
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and common areas
• Prepare accurate financial and operational reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in multi-family residential management
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office;
Yardi experience preferred
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
