In this senior role, you will oversee all enforcement activities, including managing complaints and guiding enforcement policy improvements. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective compliance with the Professional Governance Act while maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and public trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the enforcement process and resolution of complaints
• Develop clear reports and recommendations for committees
• Lead a team to foster a productive work environment
• Coordinate with external partners on disciplinary issues
• Support legislative compliance and maintain public register integrity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration
• At least five years of leadership in regulatory enforcement
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance-related functions
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills
• High level of professionalism and political acuity
