Associa British Columbia is in search of a seasoned Strata Manager, boasting a minimum of 5 years’ experience in strata management. You will be responsible for the operational and financial management for properties in your portfolio, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee managing large residential strata portfolios
• Handle operations, maintenance, and emergency situations
• Develop meeting agendas and record minutes accurately
• Manage financial responsibilities, including budgets and expense reviews
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years of strata management experience in BC
• Valid Strata Property Management License
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Strong knowledge of insurance and financial policies
• Ability to work both solo and collaboratively
