As a Reservations Supervisor, you will directly manage staff and maintain operational excellence. Your duties include coordinating daily tasks, hiring and training new personnel, and ensuring all systems run smoothly. By working closely with guests, you’ll enhance the customer experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and perform duties alongside staff members
• Assist guests with special requests and needs

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Must work on site without remote options
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
