We are seeking a full-time Store Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to oversee our Surrey location. You will manage staff, direct operations, and handle customer inquiries. This role involves planning daily activities, managing budgets, and supervising both volunteers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control all daily store operations

• Evaluate and plan daily operational activities

• Manage staff recruitment, hiring, and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 3 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience
