In this managerial role, you will oversee the delivery and coordination of Michif language programs, ensuring initiatives align with the Ministry of Culture, Heritage and Language's goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Michif learning program development and delivery
• Manage a program budget, including forecasts and expenditures
• Supervise, train, and mentor a small team
• Build relationships with vendors for effective contract management
• Ensure best practices in language teaching methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum five years of experience in language programming
• At least two years of team management experience
• Knowledge of Michif languages and Métis culture
• Strong project and financial management skills
Lead impactful Michif language learning initiatives in a hybrid work setting, fostering cultural enrichment through education.
