The Opportunity
This is not a typical retail management role. We are looking for future leaders who want more than just a job. Individuals motivated to lead people, run a strong operation, and potentially build toward future store ownership.
This role is part of Kin’s Farm Market’s Partner Pathway Program — a structured leadership development journey designed to identify and develop high-performing operators for long-term growth opportunities within the organization.
Your First Year
Your first year is focused on learning the business from the ground up, developing leadership capability, and demonstrating operational excellence.
Phase 1 – Shift Leader Training Program (Approx. 3 Months)● Learn Kin’s systems, operational standards, and customer experience expectations
● Develop foundational leadership skills
● Support daily store execution, merchandising, freshness, and inventory standards
Phase 2 – Assistant Manager Training Program (Approx. 6 Months)● Take on increased operational responsibility
● Learn scheduling, labour management, ordering, and inventory control
● Support hiring, coaching, and team development
● Develop financial and commercial understanding of store operations
Phase 3 – Store-In-Charge (SIC)Successful candidates may be assigned as a Store-In-Charge (SIC) and enter Year 1 of the Partner Pathway Program, taking accountability for store performance, leadership, operations, and team development with the opportunity to invest in the business.

● 2–5 years of leadership experience in retail or food service
● Strong communication and leadership skills
● Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work in the business
● Strong work ethic and accountability mindset
● Desire for long-term career growth and leadership development
