Reporting to the Braidy Corporation, you will drive growth initiatives, improve operational performance, and build a cohesive leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead profitable revenue growth through effective sales management

• Mentor senior staff across various departments for accountability

• Enhance relationships with customers and suppliers for better market positioning

• Stay ahead of market trends to guide service offerings

Requirements:

• 10+ years in senior management, with 5+ in the construction supply sector

• Successful track record with multi-branch organizations

• Capability to lead and mentor senior management teams effectively

• Strong communication and continuous improvement focus

• Availability for regular travel within the Lower Mainland
