In this senior role, you will spearhead a team of Customer Account Representatives across English-speaking provinces outside of Quebec. Your leadership will focus on achieving sales objectives and building a high-performing team through coaching and development. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends and executing a strategic business plan for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a national sales team to exceed objectives
• Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
• Analyze and execute a comprehensive ROC business plan
• Monitor performance and implement targeted actions
• Communicate insights to leadership on market conditions
Requirements:
• University degree in Science or Business
• 3-5 years of sales management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Valid driver's license and travel capability
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Drive sales growth and optimize performance as part of the Sun Pharma team in the Rest of Canada.
