As a Branch Manager, you will direct operations at a busy B2B retail location. Your responsibilities will embrace staff oversight, strategic sales management, and maintaining high-quality standards in customer service. This hands-on position also entails performing some operational duties across various aspects of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer service excellence and store presentation

• Meet sales goals and control inventory efficiently

• Hire, supervise, and develop staff through coaching

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

• Build relationships with customers for better service

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or relevant field preferred

• 3+ years of sales experience necessary

• 1-3 years of management experience

• Availability to travel up to 25%
