Your role will involve ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet client expectations.
In this role, your 5–10 years of commercial construction experience will be leveraged as you manage TI projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibility will encompass budget and project management, ensuring strong coordination amongst subtrades and team members for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage project startup and documentation
• Control budgets, change orders, and schedules
• Communicate effectively with subtrades and suppliers
• Collaborate with site teams for timely delivery
• Interact professionally with clients and consultants
Requirements:
• 5–10 years in commercial project management
• Knowledge of Tenant Improvement processes
• Familiarity with modern construction tools
• Willingness to travel within the Lower Mainland
• Strong organizational and communication skills
