What are the Responsibilities?
Drive the full operational performance of the body shop—profitability, productivity, and workflow optimization
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff—building a high‑performance, accountable culture
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, repair flow, and resource allocation
Monitor and elevate technician efficiency, workmanship quality, and shop output
Manage estimates, invoicing, and insurance claims with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
Own financial performance—budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Identify and implement process improvements and revenue growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and industry regulations
Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
What are the Requirements?
Red Seal Certification (Body Shop Technician) required
7+ years of experience in heavy‑duty truck or similar body shop environment
Proven success in a leadership role, managing teams and driving results
Strong technical expertise in repair processes, estimating, and insurance workflows
Financial and operational acumen—comfortable managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets
Customer‑first mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office and shop/dealership management systems
