Key Responsibilities:
• Own performance of FTL, LTL, and cross-dock operations
• Lead and mentor dispatch, planning, and operations teams
• Manage relationships with strategic customers and handle escalations
• Drive cost control and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for performance gaps
Requirements:
• Over 8 years of transportation/logistics experience
• Proven leadership in high-volume FTL/LTL operations
• Strong skills in pricing, RFPs, and cost modeling
• Ability to lead teams and manage conflicts
• Customer-facing experience with escalations
