In this senior role, you will be accountable for all aspects of the community, from operational efficiency to resident satisfaction. Your expertise will guide the implementation of clinical policies while engaging and empowering staff to deliver high-quality care. You will also play a key role in achieving occupancy targets through community marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site-based operations and manage staff effectively
• Implement community engagement and clinical quality strategies
• Monitor and manage the operational budget
• Contribute to marketing initiatives for community growth
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences and relevant experience
• At least seven years of related experience with two in a leadership role
• Knowledge of Residential Care Licensing Act
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally
