Sienna Senior Living is seeking a General Manager in Surrey, BC, to lead a thriving senior living environment. This full-time, permanent position is essential for driving operational success and community relations.
You will serve as the senior leader, overseeing day-to-day operations while nurturing relationships with residents, families, and community partners. Balancing compassion and efficiency, you'll focus on effective team management and ensure compliance with health regulations while fostering a culture of excellence and care in all aspects of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong management team to achieve goals
• Coordinate and monitor overall Residence operations
• Respond effectively to resident and family issues
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for optimal service
• Implement outreach strategies to boost occupancy
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar
• Minimum 3-5 years in progressive leadership roles
• Expertise in operations and budget management
• Background in sales and marketing strategy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
