Join Fraser Health as the Executive Director of Audit Services. Manage internal audits and governance processes while engaging with external entities for best practices.

This leadership position requires strategic planning and oversight for the Internal Audit department. You will engage in risk assessments and collaborate with partners across Fraser Health to facilitate effective accountability in operations.

Your role includes ensuring audit outcomes meet organizational effectiveness while providing guidance to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of internal audit controls and processes

• Develop departmental goals consistent with Fraser Health’s strategy

• Plan operating and capital budgets for auditing needs

• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive audit plans

• Evaluate risks in new initiatives and partnership opportunities

Requirements:

• Master's Degree along with a Professional Accounting Designation

• At least 10 years of experience in complex audit environments

• Internal Auditor certification is an asset

• Strong knowledge of public sector accounting standards

• Excellent project management and supervisory skills
