Fortis Concierge Corp. is hiring an experienced Administrative Services Manager to supervise operations and payroll functions. This hybrid role involves managing a team of Building Managers and Concierge Staff while developing policies and ensuring compliance. You'll support HR tasks and lead improvements to enhance performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train administrative and operational staff
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
• Manage payroll processing and verification
• Develop administrative policies and internal controls
• Coordinate workforce allocation and performance management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or equivalent Master's degree preferred
• 2–3 years in supervision or operations management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of payroll and administrative systems
