Position: CNTL Truck Operations Supervisor Role
Optimize trucking efficiency as a Supervisor for Canadian National Trucking Limited. Manage Owner Operators and streamline operations to enhance service quality for customers.

In this crucial supervisory role, you’ll be responsible for managing truck supply and ensuring that all operations meet the required standards of safety and compliance. Your leadership will guide CNTL Owner Operators and improve service delivery across the board. Strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of trucking regulations are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate truck supply and fleet management

• Recruit and train new Owner Operators

• Investigate incidents and enforce safety protocols

• Represent CNTL in customer engagements

• Analyze operations for efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in trucking or a related field

• Experience with safety compliance and incident management

• College diploma preferred;
Bachelor’s is a plus

• Valid Class 1A Driver’s License

• Robust understanding of trucking regulations
