• Co-ordinate and supervise general farm workers and labourers

• Maintain quality control and production records diligently

• Oversee growing and crop-related operations daily

• Perform essential general farm duties as required

Requirements:

• Organized approach to managing farm tasks

• Experience in agriculture is an asset

• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks

• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential

• Flexible availability for early morning and evening shifts
