Become the General Manager at West Coast Seniors Housing Management. Take charge of operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and community relations within senior housing.
In this role, the General Manager will oversee both clinical and administrative facets of operations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the Community Engagement Strategy while also ensuring operational budgets are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinical operations to ensure service excellence
• Implement the Community Engagement Strategy across the site
• Supervise facility operational budgets and standard policies
• Collaborate with marketing teams for occupancy success
• Empower teams through effective leadership and communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare, 2 in a leadership role
• Familiarity with health licensing and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication
• Strong empathy and understanding of seniors' needs
