• Define market strategy and product positioning

• Recruit, develop, and manage the founding team
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a founder at a venture-backed company
• Success in B2B SaaS sales and customer engagement
• Strong fundraising and capital closing skills
• Experience in operations-heavy commerce or logistics
• Familiarity with AI agents and returns processes
