Position: Vice President for Personal Lines
Lead the Personal Lines division at Westland Insurance Group as Vice President in Surrey, BC. This hybrid role focuses on strategic direction and operational excellence across the region.

As Vice President for Personal Lines, you will shape one of our most vital businesses from our Surrey head office. With over a decade of senior leadership experience in Personal Lines insurance, you will strategically guide operations, strengthen partnerships, and foster high-performing teams. Your expertise will drive profitable growth and enhance client experiences throughout British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategic direction for Personal Lines business

• Coach and develop a high-performing leadership team

• Build relationships with insurer partners and stakeholders

• Oversee operational integration of acquisitions

• Collaborate with executives to drive business performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Personal Lines insurance

• Proven experience leading dispersed teams

• Strong business acumen and data-driven insights

• Experience in organizational growth and transformation

• Level 3 General Insurance License preferred
