Lead Coordinator for Parking Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of parking services program

• Develop and implement IPS Parking Administration policies

• Evaluate and administer contract specifications for projects

• Conduct functional planning and due diligence for facilities

• Coordinate activities of contracted parking personnel

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field

• Five years of experience in parking services

• One year in a managerial capacity

• Strong knowledge of parking regulations

• Proficient in advanced software and database management
