Philz Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, coaching team members and driving customer satisfaction. This role oversees staffing, safety, training, and execution of promotions across shifts with a focus on growth and developing high-performing teams.
You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and compliance while upholding Philz standards and core values in a fast-paced retail environment, including flexibility across days and shifts.
