Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize consulting delivery frameworks

• Oversee project quality assurance for all deliverables

• Optimize staffing and team resource allocation

• Collaborate on aligning sales and operational capabilities

• Mentor a culturally grounded consulting team

Requirements:

• Indigenous identity preferred, per Human Rights Code

• Over 7 years in management consulting

• Relevant post-secondary education required

• Strong operational management and forecasting skills

• Ability to travel to Ontario office as needed
