As a Landscaping Team Lead, you will guide your team in delivering exceptional residential and commercial lawn services. Your responsibilities include quality control, route management, and addressing staffing challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Walk job sites for quality control and equipment maintenance
• Structure employee schedules and manage work routes
• Support crew members with training and issue resolution
• Ensure tasks are set for the next day's work
• Promote team attendance and drive profitability
Requirements:
• Experience in landscaping or similar service industries
• Willingness to obtain certifications within 6 months
• Clean driving history with trailer driving experience
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• Proven ability to manage and retain staff
