Key Responsibilities:

• Build a strong, diverse management team through effective talent acquisition

• Drive compliance with health and safety legislation

• Develop and oversee budget management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines

• At least five years of management experience in health care

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational challenges

• Proficient in financial management and accreditation standards

• Understanding of cultural sensitivities in care delivery
