The expected hiring range for this role is $104,000 to $125,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. • Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like PMP, Agile, or Change Management are assets)
• Bring 10+ years’ experience leading enterprise-scale, cross‑functional projects, including SaaS implementations
• Experienced working in matrix environments and navigating complex stakeholder groups
• Proficient in overseeing RFP processes, from development to vendor selection, ensuring solutions align with project objectives and organizational standards
• Communicate clearly with executive, technical, and operational audiences
• Strong at building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Proactive, self‑directed, and committed to high‑quality delivery
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or with business transformation projects is an asset

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects across business units such as operations, marketing, product, HR, finance, and technology
• Create and manage project plans across all key disciplines—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communications
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure aligned execution and successful outcomes
• Lead and manage the RFP process from requirements gathering through vendor evaluation and selection, ensuring solutions meet project and organizational needs
• Anticipate and manage interdependencies, capacity challenges, and risks
• Apply strategic thinking to align project goals with broader organizational objectives, identify opportunities, and proactively mitigate risks
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to operational handoff
• Mentor and coach junior project managers to develop skills, maintain standards, and support consistent project delivery
• Communicate progress and status updates tailored to various stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
• Drive strategic thinking and contribute to future-state planning during project execution
• Champion continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process enhancements
