LMDSS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Volunteer Board Secretary. You will manage documentation for board meetings and maintain accurate records. Commitment of 5-15 hours per month is required, ensuring you can contribute positively to the organization's impact on individuals with Down syndrome.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend board meetings with a minimum 80% participation
• Record and distribute minutes within 5 days
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint and One Drive
• Follow Robert's Rules of Order diligently
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all records
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools
• Detail-oriented and reliable professional demeanor
• Commitment to contribute 5-15 hours monthly
• Passion for supporting nonprofit community initiatives
