Join Seva Canada's collaborative team as a Philanthropy Manager, where you'll manage relationships with 50-70 mid-level donors. Your mission includes deepening engagement and transitioning donors to major giving. You'll also support the Philanthropy Committee and ensure mid-level gifts align with donor wishes and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with mid-level donors

• Develop stewardship plans to engage and retain donors

• Coordinate with the Philanthropy Committee on prospecting

• Collaborate with the Donor Relations & Operations Manager

• Create compelling donor communications for monthly audiences

Requirements:

• 5 years of fundraising or donor relations experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with CRM systems

• Interest in international development

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
