Pastor K-12 Student Ministries

Position: Pastor for K-12 Student Ministries
Oversee student ministries at Regent Christian Academy with an emphasis on discipleship and outreach as a Pastor. This full-time role is integrated with Horizon Church.

In this position, you will be responsible for the spiritual growth of students from K-12, helping them take ownership of their faith. You'll work closely with school and church leadership to create systematic pathways for discipleship, enabling students to experience consistent faith-based messages at both school and church. Building relationships and leading community outreach will also be core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop K-12 student ministry strategies and systems

• Create and implement a clear discipleship framework

• Engage students through worship and community service

• Foster connection between church and school activities

• Mentor and cultivate student leadership

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years in youth or next-gen ministry

• Proven leadership in team settings

• Involvement in missions and community outreach

• Member of Horizon Church or similar community
