Position: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead Role
Elevate diversity and inclusion efforts with Fraser Health as the Lead for Organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This full-time position offers a chance to create impactful change in the region.

In this vital role, you will collaborate with the DEI Director to implement programs that honor Fraser Health’s commitment to diversity. Your responsibilities include developing frameworks and policies that guide the organization towards a more inclusive environment. Engage with various departments to foster integrated approaches addressing anti-racism and cultural safety in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of strategic diversity initiatives

• Frame and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies

• Collaborate across disciplines to enhance patient-centered care

• Critically assess existing programs for diversity improvements

• Engage with external stakeholders and represent Fraser Health

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in relevant areas with a minimum of five years’ experience

• Depth of knowledge in diversity and cultural safety principles

• Proven ability to think strategically and implement policies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Dedication to Fraser Health’s leadership framework
