Join Gracepoint Community Church as the next full-time Lead Pastor. Provide spiritual guidance and vision to inspire a vibrant community engaged in faith and outreach.

Gracepoint Community Church is actively seeking a Lead Pastor to act as its primary organizational and spiritual leader. This individual will play a pivotal role in fostering a Christ-centered atmosphere while guiding the church to engage with its broader mission. Working with the Leadership Team and various church members, the Lead Pastor will teach the congregation and create opportunities for discipleship and communal outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teaching and pastoral responsibilities for the church

• Maintain alignment with the church's mission and vision

• Cultivate an environment focused on Christ and Scripture

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and discipleship

• Work collaboratively with Leadership Team and staff

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Biblical teachings and theology

• Experience in church leadership or ministry roles

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
