Position: Regional Development Officer for Nisa Foundation
Elevate community impact as a Regional Development Officer with Nisa Foundation in the GTA West. Drive fundraising initiatives and strengthen community partner relations through creative outreach.

As a full-time Regional Development Officer, you will report directly to the Regional Director while operating in a hybrid environment. Your leadership will be crucial in executing innovative fundraising strategies, meeting financial goals, and strengthening ties with donors and community partners. You will cultivate relationships with local businesses, faith institutions, and government stakeholders to enhance Nisa Foundation's visibility and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on regional fundraising strategy implementation

• Establish and evaluate fundraising targets

• Cultivate relationships with community donors and partners

• Lead planning for fundraising-focused events

• Support marketing initiatives for brand outreach

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• Proven success in fundraising and donor relations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience in nonprofit sectors preferred
