💰 Competitive Pay & Perks You’ll Love:
- $61,000 - $73,000 per year inclusive of Tip Pool Share
- Tip-Out Share (Average $6K-$8K annually)

📋 Ensure daily line checks and pass health inspections with flying colors.
✅ 1+ years of full-service restaurant experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager.
✅ A proven track record of leading a high-performing kitchen team.
✅ Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge (Foodsafe Level 1 preferred; Level 2 is a plus!).
✅ Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, weekends, and holidays—because our guests love Red Robin every day of the week!
