We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of Indian cuisine is a strong asset
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization in Canada
