We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a prestigious boutique hotel in Surrey, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a truly luxury environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie from a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or high-end hospitality background who is ready to take the next step into a Junior Sous Chef position.

Working closely with the senior kitchen team, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining exceptional standards across food preparation, presentation and service.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Support the Sous Chef and senior kitchen team during service.
• Help lead and motivate the kitchen team.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to luxury standards.
• Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Assist with the smooth running of the kitchen during busy services.
• Support junior chefs and help with their development.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
• Gain valuable experience within a prestigious luxury hotel environment.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or high-end hospitality environment.
• Junior Sous Chef experience would be advantageous, but strong Senior CDPs looking for their first step up are very welcome.
• Passion for quality food and excellent presentation.
• Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to develop.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
