Senior Living Dining Server

Serve residents and guests at Cogir Senior Living while supporting dining-room setup, table service, and cleanup with courtesy. This meaningful work centers on memorable mealtimes.
As a Server in a retirement residence, you will support dining services across meal service, tray delivery, catering, and special events. The position includes maintaining kitchen and dining-area cleanliness, following safe job procedures, and respecting Resident Rights and Responsibilities. You will also attend training and meetings, participate in quality improvement, and help orient new culinary employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Set and clear dining tables and deliver tray service
- Clean dishware and cutlery after dining services
- Support catering, theme events, and special occasions
- Maintain kitchen and dining-area cleanliness as required
- Previous food service or senior-care experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Ability to stand or walk for most shifts
- Current Vulnerable Position Screening or willingness to obtain one
