Job OverviewReporting to the Director, Sales, as the New Home Sales Manager you will handle the direct sale of new homes. You also provide sales expertise and ensure existing and potential customers are provided with an exceptional customer experience throughout all stages of their home buying process.
Your Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Will Include- Acting as primary point of contact for customers. Consulting with prospective customers to assess their needs and requirements, and recommending appropriate products.
- Qualifying potential purchasers and converting them into qualified buyers.
- Supporting customers throughout the home building process and coordinating project changes. Providing updates on building progress and coordinating walkthroughs.
- Maintaining relationships with customers throughout the home buying process and ensuring their expectations are accurately relayed and priced.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting sales to existing customers and by identifying/soliciting potential customers.
- Finding new and creative ways to market yourself and our homes to drive traffic while maintaining Qualico’s and Foxridge Homes’ reputation.
- Remaining up-to-date with the specifications and ongoing promotions of market competitors, customer needs and market trends.
- Liaising with the project management team throughout the building process to ensure customer’s requirements are met and clearly communicated.
- Providing customers with showhome tours, product information and guiding them through the purchase process. Answering incoming calls and emails, and booking appointments.

- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in New Single Family Home sales.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint), CRM and accounting software (Hub Spot, New Star or similar).

You primarily work in the sales centre during showhome business hours which include days, evenings and weekends. You are available to work five days per week (including Saturday and Sunday), on site from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm. Travel to construction sites, other communities and the main office for meetings is required on a frequent basis.
