Position Summary

The Regional Manager of Western Canada or Western Washington should reside in either Washington State, or Western Canada and expect to travel to Western Canada frequently. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales and service territory within the Western Canada territory. This role focuses on selling and supporting industrial chemical programs across heavy and light segments, with an emphasis on wastewater treatment (WWT).

The position is expected to deliver sustained growth significantly above industry CAGR, enabling future expansion of the regional team. This role is eligible for participation in our vehicle FAVR program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a sales and service territory covering Western Canada (may be required to work outside the region listed as needed).
  • Serve as a trusted technical and commercial resource for customers, ensuring high service quality and long-term partnerships.
  • Sell, implement, and support industrial chemical programs for customers in various industries (food and beverage, municipalities, general manufacturing, mining, oil services, etc.)
  • Identify, develop, and execute complex water treatment opportunities in line with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Tidal Vision business units on territory crossover opportunities, evaluated and managed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Supporting the hiring of additional sales and service representatives under the CCO.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales.
  • Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related.
  • Must sit in Western Washington with the ability to freely travel to Western Canada or reside in Western Canada with the ability to travel freely to the United States.

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based with frequent travel to facilities and customer sites. Sitting or standing for extended periods may be required.
