Inside Sales Person

Express Employment Professionals Surrey/ Langley office’s client a fabricating company, who specializes in the design, manufacturing, and repair of heavy equipment attachments and guarding for a diverse range of industries.

The company has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative based in Surrey, BC.

This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, creating quotes, and processing purchase orders.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with the production team, and identifying opportunities to enhance sales.

This role requires clear communication and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment of orders.

Strong communication skills

Experience with the sales processes, including creating quotes, negotiating contracts and finalizing orders

Time management skills, handling multiple tasks

Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite

High school diploma required, post secondary diploma or degree in business or engineering is an asset

Self motivated, able to work independently and as a part of a team

The salary range is $55,000- $65,000/ year
