Position: Life Insurance Advisor (Call Center, Sales and Service)

Our client, a leader in the insurance and health benefits industry, is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor (Call Center, Sales and Service) to join their growing team in North York, ON. Please note — the office will be relocating to Downtown Toronto in the near future. Permanent Opportunity!

  • Compensation: $65,000 Base Salary plus quarterly bonuses ($5,000 per quarter)
  • Hybrid work model– 2 days per week in-office (currently North York; relocating to Downtown Toronto)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 40–60 client touchpoints per day through calls, voicemails, and emails (not all will be connects)
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Promote additional products or services when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client information within CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance results
Qualifications
  • Valid LLQP (or HLLQP) license required
  • Minimum 4+ years of call center experience in sales or retention, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Strong understanding of needs-based sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
