Leavitt Machinery is searching for a dynamic addition to its Surrey team. In this position, you will handle leads via phone, chat, and email, while nurturing customer relationships.
Your role also includes providing accurate quotes and upselling relevant products, collaborating with our Customer Service Representatives and Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound sales leads efficiently across multiple channels
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers
• Deliver accurate quotes based on customer inquiries
• Assist customers in identifying parts and upselling where necessary
• Record data accurately in the CRM for seamless operations
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or CRM is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Post-secondary education in business administration preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
