Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong client relationships and secure new business

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Risk Management or a related field

Required:
Florida Commercial Property and Casualty license
• Proven professional experience in sales and business development
• Strong skills in negotiation and persuasion
• Energetic self-starter with quick adaptability
