We build the equipment cannabis producers across North America rely on everyday - trimmers, sorters, automation that turns manual processing into industrial throughput. Our gear is in licensed facilities from BC to Florida, and the market is growing.
We're hiring an Inside Sales Rep to run the velocity end of our pipeline. Every deal under $20K - inbound and outbound, end to end. Quote it, configure it, follow up, close it.
This role is for hunters. Leads will land in your queue and you'll work them. The difference between a great year and a quiet one is what YOU generate from cold outreach. If you wait for leads to come to you, you'll miss your number.
You’ll own:- Inbound quotes, configurations, lead-time questions on everything below large-system level
- Outbound prospecting - building pipeline from zero
- Quote-to-close on every deal under $20K
- Salesforce hygiene and pipeline reporting
Reseller network relationships
- 2+ years B2B sales (something physical and technical preferred)
- Salesforce or comparable CRM (power user, not casual)
- Daily AI tool fluency - be ready to show your prompts
- A documented system for managing 30+ open opportunities
- Comfort selling into cannabis (our customer base - be honest with yourself)
- $50-60K base + commission, $80-85K OTE year one
- Top reps clear well into six figures by year three
- Full health/dental/vision through Desjardins (100% eligible medical, $1K paramedical, $2K dental)
- 10 vacation days (scaling to 20), 12 stat holidays, paid sick time
- Trade show travel ~4x/year (US and Canada)
