This Territory Manager role is pivotal in promoting TYM products across the designated territory. You will develop strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, and ensure the alignment of territory strategies with company goals. Building strong dealer relationships while exceeding sales targets will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the territory
• Analyze market trends and customer needs for growth
• Build strong relationships with existing TYM dealers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Train dealers on product features and policies
Requirements:
• Experience in agricultural equipment sales
• Strong understanding of market dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven results in territory sales management
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
