In this full-time role, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure a top-notch fitness experience through member retention and acquisition strategies. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales goals through community outreach, tours of the club, and effective member management. You’ll also address any health and safety concerns and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets through various initiatives

• Conduct engaging tours of club offerings for prospective members

• Facilitate member check-ins and manage requests efficiently

• Timely resolution of member concerns in line with company policies

• Participate in club cleanliness and maintenance checks daily
Requirements:

• Sales experience in a health or wellness context

• Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
