Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, based in the greater Vancouver area. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with recent and existing clients. Key tasks include managing client accounts, providing tailored technical solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role will require exceptional problem-solving, communication, empathy and determination.
Qualifications- Account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales and customer relationship management expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid techical process engineering problem-solving
- Proficiency in CRM software and willingness to use it
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment in British Columbia
- Prior experience in technical account management or industrial sales is an must
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
